Troubleshooting common issues

Problem:Project won't publish

Solution:

  1. 01
    Make sure the project status is 'Draft'
  2. 02
    Check that you have an active subscription
  3. 03
    Try publishing the project again
  4. 04
    If the problem persists, contact support

Possible causes:

  • ✳Subscription expired
  • ✳Limit on the number of published projects reached
  • ✳Temporary server issue

Problem:Domain won't verify

Solution:

  1. 01
    Make sure the NS servers set at your registrar are: ns1.omlen.site and ns2.omlen.site
  2. 02
    Check that the NS change has been saved and applied at your registrar
  3. 03
    Wait up to 24 hours — DNS propagation after an NS change can take time
  4. 04
    Try submitting the domain for verification again
  5. 05
    If the problem persists, contact support

Possible causes:

  • ✳NS servers are entered incorrectly or with a typo
  • ✳The NS change hasn't been applied at the registrar yet (may take up to 24 hours)
  • ✳Domain delegation is not complete

Problem:SSL certificate won't be issued

Solution:

    Make sure the domain has been verified successfully

    Check that the domain is linked to the project
  3. 03
    Wait up to half an hour — the SSL issuance process can take time
  4. 04
    Try requesting the SSL certificate again
  5. 05
    If the problem persists, contact support

Possible causes:

  • ✳Domain not linked to the project
  • ✳Temporary issue with the SSL issuance service

Problem:Files won't upload

Solution:

    Check the file size — it must not exceed your plan's limit

    Make sure the file type is supported

    Check that the storage size limit hasn't been reached

    Try uploading the file again

    If the problem persists, contact support

Problem:Project download is unavailable

Solution:

    Regular projects: wait until the rate-limit timer expires

    AI projects: purchase a download subscription (the purchase window opens automatically)

Possible causes:

  • ✳Rate limit (regular projects)
  • ✳No download subscription (AI projects)

Problem:Not enough tokens for the AI editor

Solution:

    Buy a token package through the window that appears automatically
  2. 02
    After payment, the AI editor becomes available right away

Possible causes:

  • ✳Tokens used up
  • ✳Tokens not credited after payment (contact support)

Problem:I can't download the full AI project archive

Solution:

    Purchase a download subscription (the window opens automatically when you try to download)
