Practical guides
01
How do I add my own domain?
- In the 'My domains' section, click the 'Add new' button
- In the window that opens, enter your top-level domain (for example, example.com)
- Important: subdomains (www.example.com) are not supported, only top-level domains
- Follow the instructions: set the NS servers ns1.omlen.site and ns2.omlen.site at your domain registrar
- In your account, on the domain card, click 'Submit for verification'
- Wait for the domain to be verified (verification can take up to 24 hours after changing the NS servers)
- After successful verification, link the domain to a project — the SSL certificate will be issued automatically within half an hour
- The domain must be registered with any domain registrar
- You must have access to change the NS servers (domain delegation) at your registrar
- Basic DNS records are created automatically, there is no need to add A records manually
- Subdomains (www.example.com, blog.example.com) are not supported
- Use only top-level domains (example.com)

How do I verify a domain?
- After specifying the NS servers (ns1.omlen.site and ns2.omlen.site) at your registrar, return to your account

- The system will start checking the domain delegation to our NS servers
- The verification status will be shown on the domain card

- If verification fails, check the delegation settings at your registrar
04
When is the SSL certificate issued?
